Air Purifier?

Thinking about an air purifier. Theres One at walmart thats good for 35$

ANYBODY KNOW ABOUT THEM? KINDS? ARE THEY GOOD?

    The cost to replace these filters that the health benefits are too however the advantages of any real benefit the air.
    The cost to pass up.
